  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-modified containers, made-to-order products, and sale or discounted items are non-returnable due to their specialized nature.

2. Initiating a Return

  • Contact Us: Begin the return process by contacting our customer service team via phone or email, providing your order details and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: We will issue a return authorization and provide instructions for shipping the container back to our facility.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging return shipping and any associated fees. Containers must be returned in a similar condition to the delivery (on a flatbed or appropriate vehicle) to our designated return facility.

3. Return Inspections and Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Once we receive the returned container, it will be inspected to confirm it meets our eligibility requirements. This inspection process typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • Refunds: If the container passes inspection, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping and handling fees. For items not meeting the condition criteria, a partial refund or restocking fee may be applied.

4. Exchanges
